Website approach
- Semantic page structure and one clear H1 per page
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus states
- Readable colour contrast and scalable text
- Visible labels, instructions, validation, and recoverable form errors where forms are used
- Alternative text for informative images and empty alt text for decoration
- Responsive layouts designed to avoid horizontal scrolling
- Reduced-motion support for people who prefer less animation
Quote and communication assistance
If the website or Quote form is difficult to use, contact ORLA by phone or email. ORLA can gather any additional facility details during the follow-up conversation.
Reasonable communication preferences are recorded when operationally possible, while urgent, contractual, security, or safety-critical information may require direct confirmation.
Facility-related accessibility
Business contacts are encouraged to explain relevant building-access requirements, communication preferences, mobility considerations, service animals, or other information needed for a respectful walkthrough and service relationship. ORLA will discuss reasonable arrangements alongside the agreed work and site-safety requirements.
Known limitations and improvement
Third-party tools, embedded content, or newly released features may introduce limitations. ORLA reviews material issues discovered through testing and feedback and works toward practical corrections.
