Clear commercial information practices

Privacy Policy

ORLA collects the information reasonably needed to respond to commercial facility inquiries, arrange walkthroughs, prepare proposals, communicate with business contacts, deliver contracted services, and maintain appropriate records. ORLA does not sell personal information.

Effective July 31, 2026
Important policy note

This policy describes the current public website and commercial inquiry practices. It may be updated as ORLA’s services, systems, providers, or legal obligations change.

01

Information ORLA may collect

  • Contact name, business or organization name, email address, and phone number
  • Facility city, postal code, address, or another location description provided through the short Quote form
  • An optional note about the cleaning need or preferred follow-up
  • Additional facility, schedule, scope, access, and walkthrough information shared later by phone, email, or during an in-person review
  • Walkthrough notes, approved photos, scope information, proposal communication, access requirements, and service history
  • Technical information needed to operate the website securely, maintain sessions, and prevent misuse
  • Limited website analytics such as page paths, referring domain, campaign tags, anonymous visitor and session identifiers, device category, and phone, email, or Resource clicks
02

How information is used

  • Review the requested facility, service, timing, access, and next steps
  • Respond to commercial inquiries and arrange walkthroughs and next steps
  • Prepare, revise, and explain scopes and proposals
  • Communicate about access, scheduling, service, quality concerns, scope changes, invoices, and support
  • Improve website usability, commercial planning, security, and attribution
  • Review requests for another facility service and, with an appropriate basis and consent, coordinate contact with a selected service provider
  • Maintain appropriate operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records
03

Website analytics and attribution

ORLA uses first-party website analytics to understand page visits, quote actions, phone and email clicks, Resource use, and the service, facility, municipality, case study, or campaign context that led to an inquiry. These records use limited technical and attribution data rather than advertising-profile enrichment.

The website may retain first-landing or campaign context in the browser session so ORLA can understand which service, facility, municipality, case study, Resource, or campaign led to the Quote page. The public Quote form does not store a multi-step questionnaire draft.

When the visitor submits the short Quote form, the contact information, facility location, optional note, and limited source context are sent directly to ORLA and stored for inquiry handling. The visitor does not need to open an email application or complete a second sending step.

04

Service providers and lawful disclosures

ORLA may use providers for website hosting, database storage, authentication, file storage, communications, address tools, analytics infrastructure, and secure payment or accounting functions. A provider should receive only the information reasonably needed to perform its function and operates under its own terms and privacy obligations.

When a business asks ORLA to help coordinate an adjacent facility service, ORLA may disclose the minimum necessary contact, facility, scheduling, and scope information to a selected provider only after the arrangement and appropriate consent are established. ORLA does not treat a general cleaning inquiry as permission to circulate facility information to unrelated vendors.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

05

Sensitive facility information

Please do not send payment card data, passwords, alarm codes, keys, confidential employee records, restricted security plans, or other sensitive operational information through ordinary website forms or email. Access instructions and security details should be exchanged through a secure channel when required.

06

Retention and protection

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, proposals, service delivery, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, security, and legal obligations.

ORLA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls and limits internal access according to business need. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so unnecessary sensitive information should not be submitted.

07

Choices, corrections, and policy updates

A business contact may ask to review or correct relevant contact and facility information, update communication preferences, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for financial, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal reasons.

Questions or requests can be sent to hello@orlaclean.ca or discussed by calling (289) 816-6752.

Material policy updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
